In this second interview we talk about societies, Companies, hierarchies and abuse of power, and how narcissism affects the western society. In a hierarchical world, narcissists hijack the system using bureaucracy and abusing their power to feed their ego, ultimately destroying, with no exceptions, every system they're in. Unfortunately most people tend to live in the present and to elect narcissistic as leaders and managers, feeling like they're better in the short terms, and not foreseen how they're going to lead the system to collapse in the medium to long term.
