Neighbor Threw Trash In Our Yard & Called The Cops On Us For "Building A Fence On His Property"

In this story, a crazy neighbor INSISTS that the fence OP's family intends to build is ILLEGAL because it is supposedly on the neighbor's property. This is completely false but the neighbor keeps h4r4$$ing op's family and even goes as far as to throw huge black trash bags in OP's garden!
