Deathforge girdle is an item that drops in sethekk halls, both from the heroic dungeon and the normal dungeon. Before you want to head into Karazhan, Magtheridons lair and Gruul's lair there's plenty of items you want to farm for your pre bis, and this is for sure one of them!
