Hopefully everyone here can find at least a couple useful tips or ideas to get you started on your historical costuming journey - even if your preferred methods and techniques aren't the same as mine, that's fine!
It doesn't matter how you prefer to tackle your first project, and I've tried to include a variety of ideas and methods in an attempt to be as inclusive as I could... and I always welcome more suggestions of things I've forgotten in the comments!
