Asserting that while celebrating the 75th year of independence, this is the correct time to show the actual power of Streeshakti Chief Minister, Dr Pramod Sawant said under Mission Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Swayampurna Goa we have to make every woman self sufficient by supporting their business.
Dr Sawant was speaking at the inaugural function of launching of marketing website www.goabazaar.org today at Institute Menezes Braganza, Panaji. The website will be operated by Department of Rural Development through GSRLM State Mission.
Speaking further, Dr Pramod said Goa is dependent on neighbouring states for basic needs but now not only in Goa but Goan who are staying out of Goa can also order the product made by SHGs through this website.
Chief Minister appealed to the people to support the products made by SHG members as it would provide them the required support to market their products.
