Working with some incredible people at GE taught me the importance of:

- creating a culture of excellence
- nurturing talents
- creating a team that goes well beyond their comfort levels to deliver incredible results
- Effective communication:
You have to get everybody to buy into a common vision so that they are willing to give everything they have to realize that goal.
Moreover, you must communicate what it means for them to achieve those goals and how it will impact them personally.
These lessons are helping me today in building FissionLabs.
