Reserve Bank of India spends lakhs of rupees on advertising to tell that Senior Citizens will be provided all services on preferential basis. Dept of post in the RTI reply also promised to entertain senior members of the society out of turn. No such NOTICES are visible anywhere. DOPT should ensure that such government orders are obeyed by all government departments.
