What is a Seller Finance Wrap Around Mortgage | EXPLAINED!

So today, I queried all Absentee Owners in the entire U.S., where the property value is above $300K, with at least 20% equity and they’ve owned the home for at least 2 years. And that number is: 7,284,401. This is mostly single-family residential properties because this is the ideal marketplace to do this.

Now for those of you that are just getting started, when we refer to wraps, we’re talking about seller financing where the owner is willing to basically be the bank and there’s an existing mortgage.

This is great real estate strategy when you don’t want to apply for a normal bank loan or have it on your credit report.
