In this video, we dive into talking about the growth of variable rate ARM mortgages in Canada during 2020/2021. It's been an absolutely insane amount of growth the most in 10 years. We had 410,000 mortgages a new record in Q2 that was created in just 3 months. Mortgage debt is surging. HELOC debt is surging. Does this seem bullish to you? I don't think so.
