INGREDIENTS :
3 eggs
250 grams ( 1 1/2 cups ) flour
80 grams (1/2 cup ) icing sugar
8 grams ( 1 teaspoon ) baking powder
pinch of salt
70 grams ( 1/3 cup ) melted butter

500 grams ( 2 cups ) yoghurt
30 grams ( 1/2 cup ) corn starch
10 ml ( 1 tablespoon ) vanilla extract
pinch of salt
130 grams ( 1/2 cup ) sugar

3 apples
45 grams ( 1/4 cup ) sugar
juice from 1 lemon
8 grams ( 1 tablespoon ) corn starch
