"Donald Trump has already been claiming credit for Glenn Youngkin's election win in Virginia, and now he's saying that proves his own loss was due to fraud.
The twice-impeached one-term president spoke Wednesday morning with right-wing radio host John Fredericks, and he devolved into a lengthy and baseless rant about election fraud.
