Back in 2021, Johnny was granted access by a court to Amber’s phone and he planned to use the records to prove that Amber forged the injuries he allegedly gave her. His lawyers said that Amber’s counsel repeatedly used phoney photographs at deposition, and he also claimed that the LAPD disavowed the photographs and did not depict what they saw. Eventually, the court ruled that Johnny Depp’s legal team could have an expert look at the phone to examine if the photos were fabricated.
