🔥Valentine’s Day pasta🔥
Ingredients:
-Clams
-Muscles
-Lobster Tails
-Scallops
-Rose
-Olive oil
-Salt
-Pepper
-Red crushed pepper
-Garlic
-Parsley
Instructions:
Begin with soaking your clams in salted water for 30 minutes. Rinse the muscles, scallops, and lobster to get as much sand off as you can, and then dry off. In a pan, add in a nice big drizzle of olive oil, add the garlic, and parsley. Add in the clams, first, because they will cook longer, then add the muscles a few minutes later. Add in half a cup of rose, and add more as it reduces until the shells open up. Once the clams and mussels, open up, take them out, you don’t want to overcook them. Once those are all done, add in your lobster tails, add more wine, cook until they get fully pink. In a separate pan, add olive oil, add your scallops, and season with salt and pepper on top. Once those are golden brown on both sides, remove. Add your cooked pasta to the pan from the lobsters, then add in some clams and muscles without the shell to the pan, and a little more parsley, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. Toss together with some pasta water until it’s all absorbed. Then serve! 🥰 BUON APPETITO BETCH 🤌
