Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen talks to Sky News about the future of Afghanistan, he says the group has already announced a "general amnesty" to the people in the country.
He says women will also be able to access education including university, they will however be expected to wear the hijab but not the burka, adding: "That is for their security."
Shaheen also says the country is not getting financial support from Pakistan, China or Russia, but "we are having good relations with them".
