Hello Friends, I have been so busy this past month Dehydrating, Canning, Freezing, and preserving. Today I decided I wanted to show you how I dehydrate Hamburger. It may sound strange to some, but Hamburger dehydrates beautifully, and when rehydrated retains a springy texture we all know and love..lol I say this because canned hamburger often has a very mushy texture which is less desirable. When properly preserved this method has a shelf life of at least a year. (Some people would say a little longer, some shorter. You do what is comfortable to you).
