Chiefly kaitaka returns to Aotearoa

A kaitaka (traditional cloak) worn by Te Nehenehenui chief Rewi Maniapoto during the battle of Ōrākau has finally returned to Aotearoa. The kaitaka, which has been in the UK for over 100 years, was repatriated to Wellington where it will be held until returned to its iwi. Rapaera Tawhai with more.
