Adult Braces – Half Over!

So after a month of self-sabotaging avoidance, here it is. Right from start to now. The bulk of the work is over and I am still trying to hold out hope I will get my braces off early, but my constant forgetting to put my elastics back on after I eat is not doing me any favors.
There are moments where I just want them off now and to be able to bite into something, but all I have to do is take a look at the earlier pictures and get a drastic reminder of why it is worth it to be patient.
If you are sitting on the fence about getting braces, maybe thinking you are too old (that’s where I was for a while) – DON’T think that! Do it – we are still masked all the time now anyway so it is the perfect time because once you get used to talking with them no one will even know they are there and then by the time we are mask free – Perfect teeth!
