WARM UP Vowel Pronunciation so your speech is understood

WARM UP Vowel Pronunciation so your speech is understood

Let’s warm up the partner vowel sounds, a, e, i, ah, u and uuh.
First, we’ll pair each of those vowels with its partner vowel sound.
A - a, E - e, I - i, O - ah, U - u, U - uuh

Next, we’ll say each partner vowel sound by itself, and again within a single syllable word.
For the final exercise, we’ll say all six partner vowels alone, and within a multi-syllable word.
Putting more energy into vowel sounds helps people pay attention to the more important words you say!
