Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup oats
1 egg
2 Tbsp yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Bake at 350F / 180C for 20-30 minutes or until nicely brown and a toothpick comes out clear after stabbing :)
