BNSF Branch Line Covered in Weeds - Large FIRE Encountered By Train Crew

In this video, we'll cover BNSF's Grenora Sub between Stanley and Powers Lake, North Dakota during the fall of 2021. The line no longer has any revenue traffic, but is commonly used for railcar storage. Evidence of the line's inactivity can be seen in the tall grass and weeds that cover the right of way. We'll see several storage moves traversing the line, covering all the way to the end of track in Powers Lake. Extremely dry conditions were prevalent while we were documenting this operation, and a large fire was encountered during one of the moves, resulting in the train needing to be backed to safety. Enjoy some rare branch line coverage, and a little firefighting in this C. Vision video presentation.
