Hi folks. Over the past few years many people have asked me about the differences between Product Owner vs Product Manager. Product Manager is not defined in Scrum however many organisations have both the Product Manager and Product Owner role. Many organisations still have misunderstandings about the role of Product Owner which often times undermines the role of Product Owner.
