The Traditional in combination with Public Administration Theory of providing elderly Citizens

Professor Valentyn Halunko proves if the European community wants to preserve its gene pool, the concept of taking care about citizens elderly people must be changed. The principle here is simple, for most elderly people their well-being in old age should directly depend on the level of contributions to the public social funds of their working children. Parents who have educated and successful children, should have bigger pension provision. This will stimulate the majority of citizens of the European Community to give birth (adopt), upbring and educate their children.
