Better than NECA? Godzilla vs Kong Action Figure by Hiya Toys Revealed

Is this as good as SHMA but at a NECA price? Hiya Toys has revealed their Godzilla action figure based on the 2021 movie Godzilla vs Kong. It is the first in their Exquisite Basic series of toys. It appears to be highly articulated like an SH MonsterArts action figure but priced like a NECA.
