Thanksgiving Dinner.... ahhh I can hardly wait. Today I am sharing 3 Delicious Thanksgiving Side Dishes with you. These Thanksgiving recipes are so easy. Thanksgiving food is the best!

* Mashed Potatoes *
1 lb mini yellow potatoes, cut in half
2 oz cream cheese
6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
2 cloves garlic, make sure you mash them in the potatoes well.
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
In a large pot, cover the potatoes with cold water about an inch above the potatoes. Boil the potatoes until fork tender about 10 to 12 minutes and Drain. In the bottom of the hot pot, add the butter and cream cheese. Add the potatoes back into the pot and mash the butter and cream cheese into the potatoes. Mix in the garlic, sour cream, half-and-half, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined and garlic is mashed well. Season with salt and pepper.

* Sweet Potato Casserole *
4 large sweet potatoes
3 large eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter melted
For the topping:
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

* Gan Gan's Mac n' Cheese *
16oz Pasta Shells
1/3 Cup Flour
1/2 Stick Butter
3 - 12oz cans of evaporated milk
24 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese - this is how much we used.
We let it cook on 350 degrees for about 35-40 Minutes. This is all personal preference.
